Mr. Rudrawar, learned advocate submits that respondent No. 4 has submitted a proposal seeking approval to appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak on 26th December, 2013, however, the same is not decided as yet, because of which the petitioner is also not being paid salary.

Learned AGP submits that in case such proposal is pending with respondent No.2, the same would be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid, we pass following order:

ORDER

i) Respondent No. 2 shall decide the proposal submitted to it by respondent No.4 seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak, if the same is pending, expeditiously on its own merits, as per law and preferably within a period of four months from today.

ii) Writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
