Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 27/09/2023 whereby registration of their second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 65 delay in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 27/09/2023 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within three weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
