We have heard Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions states that, the hearing is scheduled before the Committee on 11.01.2017. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 11.01.2017 and the Committee would decide the said proceedings within a period of one (01) month from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.
