1) The matter is circulated for speaking to the minutes. During speaking to the minutes, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is typing mistake in para 1 of the order. In stead of mentioning the law from the Indian Penal Code it is mentioned as Criminal Procedure Code. In para 3 instead of mentioning number of application as "34 of 2015" the number is mentioned as 744 of 2015.
