The issue raised in this Petition is with regard to the optimum use of the Haj House at Aurangabad by making it operational. The report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) indicates that a public cause is involved in this matter.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 27.02.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
