Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal is already submitted to the university for grant of approval for additional two divisions for IIIrd year B. Sc. course (Exhibit - E) and the respondent/university be directed to consider the same and forward it to the State with its recommendation.

Mr. Girase, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal has been received with the university. Some deficiencies were found and said deficiencies were brought to the knowledge of the

The petitioner institution has made compliance and on 15/16.02.2015 the university inspection team would visit the petitioner institution and thereafter as per procedure prescribed U/Sec. 82 of the Maharashtra Universities Act and as per the time stipulated therein, the university would forward the same to the Government with its recommendation. 3.

In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent/university, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
