The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.

Under Circular dated 10.03.2021 issued by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal that the Tribunal is taking-up the matters for urgent hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner can seek interim orders before the Tribunal as per the Circular dated 10.03.2021. 4.

In light of that we disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
