The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending with respondent No. 2 since the year 2016. The same is not yet decided though the vigilance is already conducted in the year 2016 itself.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on it own merits on or before 30.05.2020.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.01.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
