Learned Counsel for applicants-claimants submits that the Respondent-State has deposited awarded amount before the Reference Court in terms of order dated 02.09.2014 made by this Court. Accordingly, applicants (original claimants) are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount so deposited, by filing an undertaking in this Court that the withdrawal shall abide by final orders in the appeal. Copy of such undertaking be furnished to the learned A.G.P. for appellant-State before same is filed in the Registry. Copy of such undertaking may also be placed on record before the Reference Court where money is stated to be deposited. The Reference Court is directed to invest the balance amount in Nationalised Bank. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

Since the amount has been deposited in terms of order dated 02.09.2014, ad interim relief granted earlier, is hereby confirmed. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

For the reasons set out in the application and taking into consideration that the delay is of little more than a year, same is condoned.
