We have heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner and have perused the various representations that he has filed. Bald and reckless allegations have been made against the Revenue Authorities and the Government. A rowing inquiry is sought to be initiated with the aid of the Writ of Mandamus. The pleadings about allegations of corruption, misappropriation and siphoning off Rs.14 crores, are without specific details or substantiation. There is no material before the Court, even a straw, to support any of these allegations.
