The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that, Respondent No.2/District Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar should decide the pending application, filed by him under Section 10 and 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, on 24/05/2023. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the pending application of the Petitioner would be decided by Respondent No.2 within a period of 60 days.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.2 follow the due procedure laid down in

403.24wp (2) law and the decide the pending application of the Petitioner within 60 days.
