This is an application for condonation of delay of 360 days caused in bringing legal representatives of respondent no.2 on record. 2.

For the reasons disclosed in the application and as the cause for delay is not contested seriously, delay stands condoned. 3.

Legal representatives of respondent no.2 be brought on record by carrying out appropriate amendment within two weeks from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed as against them without further reference to the Court.
