The petitioner submits that the Tahsildar has violated the directions of the District Collector and has deposited the marginal amount / commission directly into the account of the salesman. A complaint dated 12.11.2022 has been addressed to the District Collector voicing the grievance and expecting the District Collector to initiate appropriate action.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector to look into the representation of the petitioner khs/Jan.2023/1176
