The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present proceedings arise out of an interim order and that appropriate directions may be issued to the Industrial Court, Jalna to decide the main petition and the interim order granted by this court be continued till the disposal of the petition Complaint (ULP) No.221 of 2019, filed before the Industrial Court, Jalna.

The Industrial Court, Jalna is directed to decide the Complaint as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
