We grant liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, for redressal of his grievance raised in this petition by way of filing appropriate representation /application. In case such representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the Chief Executive Officer to take decision on said representation as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from filing such representation.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. We make it clear that we have not entered upon contentions raised on merits in the present writ petition.
