The property of the petitioner, belonging to his father, was purchased by the Respondent-Market Committee for establishment of a sub-market long back in the year 1978. Since the market committee was not established, petitioner initiated proceedings seeking a direction against the Market Committee to return back the land. Having failed in his attempt to secure the property back, petitioner has presented instant petition seeking a direction to the Market Committee to establish sub-market. Since the petitioner is an interested person and has a reason to make grievance against the Respondent Market

{2} wp234118.odt Committee, instant petition presented by the petitioner, who is interested in the subject matter of the property, need not be entertained in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is devoid of substance. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
