Considering the challenge in the present appeals, the applicants in both the applications are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh) alongwith the proportionate accrued interest,

CA-2185-2015+ respectively, which is deposited in this Court, upon execution of an undertaking that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed in future, they would refund the said amounts within a period of four

(4) months from the date of such order/s.
