1) The application is filed for review of the decision given by this Court in Second Appeal. This Court has observed that no substantial question of law is involved. The contents of the review application show that some facts are shown and it is contended that those facts are not properly appreciated by the first appellate Court and the trial Court also and on the basis of the proper appreciation different decision could have been given.

2 CA 3797 of 1994 2) Thus the applicant/appellant wants to show that there is mistake committed in appreciation of the evidence given on facts. This Court has dismissed the appeal by holding that no substantial question of law is involved. This Court holds that aforesaid circumstances do not make out any substantial question of law. In the result, the applications stand dismissed.
