The caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

The said claim is invalidated under the common judgment delivered in the case of the petitioner and Ganesh Gangadhar Hingne. Both are paternal cousins. Their claims are invalidated under the common judgment dated 02-11-2020. Ganesh Gangadhar Hingne had filed Writ Petition bearing No.7777 of 2020. This Court under order dated 16-12-2020 relying upon the judgment of the Division Bench at the Principal Seat at Bombay in Writ Petition bearing Gajanan

No.9356 of 2019 delivered in case of the real sister of Ganesh had directed the Committee to issue the validity certificate to Ganesh. 3.

As the claim of the petitioner is invalidated under the common judgment in the case of Ganesh and Ramesh and that Ganesh has been directed to be issued with the conditional validity, we pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) The Respondent - Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of "Mannerwarlu" Scheduled Tribe. The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.
