1. Auction of sand spot conducted in December, 2014 is assailed in present writ petition. This Court vide order dated 06-01-2015 had restrained the respondents from issuing letter of acceptance. 2.

Said auction would not now materialize.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs.
