Both these applications have been filed for getting the delay of 335 days condoned in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. However, there is delay. Respondents/original claimants are served in Civil Application No.2802/2013, those claimants are represented by Advocate, however, the learned Advocate is absent. Under such circumstance, whatever reasons have been given in the applications have gone unchallenged on record. Hence, delay stands condoned.
