Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the public interest litigation with liberty in view of the order dated 28th June, 2017, passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.94 of 2015, more particularly in view of paragraph Nos.19 and 20 of the said order.
