The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the only prayer put forth by the petitioner in this petition is, that his claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' - Scheduled Tribe Category, pending validation, be decided expeditiously as he would be appearing for the NEET-UG 2023 examination.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the claim can be decided by 31/05/2023.
