The Petitioner challenges the order of condonation of delay of 20 years, passed by Sub Divisional Officer, while entertaining the proceedings filed by the Respondents under Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, in RTS Appeal No. 44/2021. Admittedly, the appeal is decided on merits by the Sub Divisional Officer, vide order dated 03.09.2021. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enter into merits of the order of condoning the delay. The Petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing appeal challenging the final order passed by Sub Divisional Officer. In that Bhagyawant Punde
