By these applications a prayer is made to quash RCC No. 50 of 2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule. The applicants are accused in the said RCC No. 50 of 2014. The process was issued against the present applicants in the said RCC No. 50 of 2014, which is the complaint case for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 384, 385, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly the applicants have not challenged the said order of issuance of process. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain

925criappln31.20 the present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. 3.

However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, trial Court is directed to decide the RCC No. 50 of 2014, as early as possible and in any case within six months from the receipt of the copy of this order.

With this direction, both these applications are disposed of. Interim applications, if any, do not survive and they are also disposed of.
