The petitioners had approached this Court with a prayer that a liquor shop near the Grave Yard, Masjeed, Navi Abadi area, Nanded, should be closed down. This petition has been pending since 1999 by an order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court on 05/04/1999. No relief was granted to the petitioner and especially in view of Writ Petition No. 3194/1994 filed by respondent No. 6, as regards his liquor shop which was continued under the orders of the Court. The said petition has been disposed off on 14/08/2019. 2.

None appears for the petitioners.

In view of the above, it appears that this petition is rendered infructuous and is therefore, disposed off. Rule is discharged.
