ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in both these applications are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation which are deposited by the appellant Acquiring Body. According to the learned Counsel for the appellant Acquiring Body, only 75% of the entire compensation amounts is deposited in these matters. This Court, vide order dated 25.08.2022, has already permitted the applicants in

(2) 928 CA-575.2023.odt other connected matter to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount. In view of the same, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw their respective amounts alongwith the accrued interest to the extent of 70% of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, The remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till final disposal of the appeals.

The applications are accordingly disposed.
