Perused the report of notice issued to the petitioner, which states that there is no such company in the name of the petitioner on the given address and no one identifies the petitioner Shri. Harikishan Sharma and on the address of company another company i.e. The United Braves Ltd., is there as per the bailiff's report.

Unfortunately, learned advocate for the petitioner Shri. R.R. Mantri is no more and another advocate on record i.e. Shri. S.G. Bharuka is no more practicing in this Court. Bhagyawant Punde
