PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, caste certificates issued to petitioner nos.2 and 3 are with incorrect nomenclature. Instead of 'Koli Mahadev' the same has been issued as 'Mahadev Koli'.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioner nos.2 and 3 shall file online application with respondent no.3. The petitioner nos.2 and 3 shall also surrender the original tribe certificates with respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 shall verify the issuance of

(2) 2-wp-356-2022 the said tribe certificates from his office and if satisfied shall issue tribe certificates with correct nomenclature of the tribe preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of application and surrender of original tribe certificates. As far as the validation proceeding of petitioner no.1 is concerned, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the said validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
