Mr. Bade Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed revision before the State Government against the order passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records. The Honourable Minister is not hearing the revision nor hearing the stay petition. However, the SLR is proceeding with the matter. 2.

Mr. Shingare, learned Advocate appears for respondents No. 3 and 4. The learned AGP appears for respondents No. 1 and 2. 3.

Considering that the revision is pending before the Honourable Minister, we pass the following order :

(a) The authority where the revision is filed shall either hear

909.odt the revision finally or hear the stay petition filed by the petitioners and shall pass an appropriate orders after hearing of the parties concerned expeditiously.

(b) The orders be passed on stay petition within three months. Till the stay petition is decided by the Honourable Minister, the parties shall not proceed before the SLR.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
