Upon considering the fact that earlier, one of the claimants was allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs), the present applicants are also allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs) jointly, upon executing an undertaking that in case, the order adverse to their interest is passed in future, they will refund the amount now allowed to be withdrawn, within a period of four months from the date of such order. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 3.

First Appeal (St.) No. 8304 of 2012 be tagged with the present first appeal.
