It appears that as per the order dated 24.3.2021 the application came to be dismissed without back reference to the court since the applicant-original accused has failed to remove the office objections within time. Learned counsel has now assured this Court that the office objections will be removed forthwith after restoration of the application.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application no. 31 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A, B and C subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
