This is an application seeking permission to invite tenders for awarding a contract of Housekeeping, electric maintenance and plumbing for Sai Ashram Bhakta Nivas for the financial year 2016-17. 2.

It is submitted that, the tenders are issued every year and 10% increase is expected every year. According to Shri. Talekar, the learned counsel for non-applicants, same be permitted by e-tendering process only.

Normally contract of such a volume has to be e-tendering process. Considering the fact that every year the contract has to be given for the purpose of housekeeping, electric maintenance and plumbing for the said Bhakta Nivas, we allow the Sansthan to invite e-tenders for awarding the said contract. It is submitted that, 10% increase is expected every year, the e-tendering process will be by competent bid, the same be adhered to.
