Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 made a statement that his client is ready and willing to pay Rs.77,746/- [Rupees Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six] towards the claim of the petitioner made in the petition. The petition stands allowed in terms of this statement. The petitioner is also at liberty to resort to other alternate remedies for recovery of remaining amount.
