3] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal. 4] Allow to withdraw this appeal and same stands disposed of.

5] The amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount by the respondents - claimants along with accrued interest.
