Applicants seek condonation of delay of 584 days caused in filing appeal.

Perused application. Considering reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 4 to 8 it is evident that because of economic duress applicants could not file appeal in time. Applicants have not derived any advantage by making delay. Contents of application are not controverted by respondents by filing affidavit-inreply. Hence sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. 4.

In result, application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) and is disposed off.
