1] The petitioner is objecting to rejection of his technical bid as declared by the University on 6.12.2015. It is informed that the work order in respect of the tender published on 22.9.2015 has been issued on 4.12.2015 and the work has already been commenced from 1.1.2016. The work order is for a duration of 11 months out of which around six months have already passed. No interference can be caused at this late stage. 2] In view of above, writ petition is rejected.
