The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals are forwarded to the respondent No. 2 by the institution, so also individual applications have been made for grant of higher pay scale after completion of 12 years service by the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 24 years service by the petitioner no. 4. The petitioner no. 4 also submitted proposal for benefit of time bound promotional pay scale after completing 24 years service.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposals seeking time bound promotional pay scale after completion of 12 years service (page no. 50) of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and for time bound promotional pay scale after completion of 24 years of service (page no. 65) of petitioner no. 4 are pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
