The impugned order dated 8th December, 2015, passed in Appeal No.2013/Pra.Kra.217/J-7 (A)/Pra.Kra.828 (07)/2014 AVP, is set aside to the extent of rejecting the claim for addition of Shahenshabee Ajmoddin Kazi. She be permitted to be added as party in the said proceedings. 3.

It is expected of the Secretary who is dealing with the said appeal to decide the same expeditiously.

With above observations, petition stands disposed of.
