The applicants seek to condone the delay of 1828 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the applications and reasons as stated therein. Apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order :

O R D E R

(i) Both applications are allowed.

(ii) Delay of 1828 days caused in filing the appeals is condoned.
