Learned counsel for the appellants submits that she had informed this Court on 16.06.2025 that appellant No. 1 and the respondent No. 1 are no more and the time was granted. Thereafter despite the communication to the client, no response was received.

Now it is informed that considering the postal remark all appellants are dead and nobody is responding. 3.

In that view of the matter, I have no alternative than to pass the order of abatement against the appellants. Second appeal stands abated against the appellants and the respondent No. 1. The second appeal is disposed of.

Needless to state that any interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
