The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he himself was suffering from some medical problem and as such, the Writ Petition of the year 1995 came to be dismissed in default.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the Writ Petition is restored.

In view of the above submissions, and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
