The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has been suspended twice for two different alleged misconducts. The departmental enquiry is going on. Suspension allowance is not being paid. He has already approached the Education Officer (Secondary) vide representations dated 2nd July, 2021 and 14th September, 2021. The permission of the Education Officer is not taken by the management to suspend him, is the contention. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the Education Officer to follow the due process of law and after considering the views of all stakeholders, pass an appropriate order on the representations made by the petitioner pertaining to
