This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Suresh V. Nade is also present. The learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the M.A.C.T., Parbhani in M.A.C.P. No. 99/2012.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount is deposited with the registry be returned to the M.A.C.T, Parbhani and the same be disbursed to the claimants as per the order passed by the M.A.C.T., Parbhani.
