A-145/2022, A-146/2022 and A-147/2022 pending before the respondent no.1 - Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik are decided within a period of two weeks from today. 2] It is informed that the appeals are fixed for hearing on 28th February, 2022, before the Divisional Joint

The said Authority to proceed with the matter on that day and pass the final orders by 2nd March, 2023. 3] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that in the event the petitioners succeed in the appeal and no further stay is granted by other authority, then, the Election Authority would include the names of the petitioners in the final voters list of the Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Yawal.

4] In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
