The statement of the learned Advocate for the petitioner made on instructions that the matter has been settled, was recorded on 13/11/2014. Similar statement was again recorded on 19/03/2015. Since none appeared for the petitioner on 23/04/2015, the matter was posted for dismissal. Again since none appeared for the petitioner on 08/10/2015, the matter was posted for dismissal. 2.
On 15/10/2015, copies of the terms of settlement (6 pages) were placed on record. The same is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Mr.Kulkarni, learned Advocate for respondent No.1 submits khs/Jan.2016/1457-d
that in the light of Exhibit "X", the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and this petition can, therefore, be disposed of in terms of Exhibit "X".

None appears for the petitioner even today. Though the matter is posted for dismissal by 2 orders referred to above, I am allowing this petition in the light of the statement made by Mr.Kulkarni and in terms of Exhibit "X".

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
