DATE : 10th FEBRUARY 2016 ORDER:

1) The application is filed by the claimants for permission to give solvent suety in respect of their respective shares in the compensation. Learned counsel for the original claimants submits that partition has taken place amongst these sharers and so they want to give separate solvent surety for getting respective shares. This Court has seen the judgment showing that Nana has 1/3rd share, Babu who is son of Gitaji has one third share

2 CA 1664 of 2016 and Maruti and Laxman who are successors of Karbhari have together 1/3rd share. Accordingly, they are allowed to give solvent surety in respect of their respective shares and the amount is to be paid as per the order dated 16-42010. In those terms, the application is allowed and disposed of.
