The learned counsel submits that the request of the petitioner for couple convenience has not considered by the Chief Executive Officer. 2.

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Officer has to consider the claim with regard to the transfer. 3.

In light of that, the Chief Executive Officer shall take decision on the application filed by the petitioner (Page No.63) preferably within a period of one month from the date of the present order being communicated to him.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
