The appellant-claimant who is injured has filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellant with his counsel and Mr. Santosh Kalse, Officer of Insurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay Rs. 3,25,000/- additional compensation to the appellant who was minor and has attained the age of majority. Appellant-claimant has accepted the same.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".
