The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the employee Mr. T. A. Deshmukh is reinstated on the post of 'Assitant Headmaster' and not on the post of 'Assistant Teacher', as mentioned in the Judgment dated 12/12/2023.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the employee was working as an 'Assistant Headmaster'. The learned AGP has placed on record the letter dated 20/02/2024 issued by Prashant Digraskar, the Education officer, the same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the same, corrections in paragraphs No.5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in the Judgment dated 12/12/2023 be carried out. In place of 'Assistant Teacher', it should be mentioned as 'Assistant Headmaster (mi&eq[;k/;kid).'
